I believe the best designer is one that listens to their client and interprets their needs and vision into a home and living space they are thrilled with. 

 

My goal is to create beautiful homes from the outside in that delight and excite.  Home, living and work spaces are designed for lifestyle and attention to detail while respecting the clients economics.

 

Working one on one with builders and homeowners I will take a methodical approach that guides and reassures clients through the process from ideas to final space.

 

A successful design process respects wants, schedules, and budget.   It remains stress free through good communication and prompt follow up throughout.

 

 

Models & Selections

In today's market inundated with HGTV, Houzz.com, and home interiors marketing such as Pottery Barn and William Sanoma, an impactful and pleasing presentation is an essential part of marketing a property or community.

 

An effective model will speak to your target market and show them how well the home or condo can "live" for them.  It will engage their vision of where and how they want to live.  They will be able to literally see themselves living there, calling them to action.

 

Onsite design centers & design service can set you apart from your competition, increase average sales and better manage construction schedules.  Your buyers get a customized experience they love and builders / architects better manage their buyer and their responsibility to the building process.

Broker

As a licensed broker I provide buying and selling services in the Metro West / greater Boston area and Cape Cod through my Real Estate company; Residential Selections, based in Falmouth MA

 

For our builders we perform market research to best position your offering; evaluate and compare your product to your competitors, provide initial and ongoing sales analysis, and monitor market trends. 

 

I can support your onsite sales by providing a sales person / team, align a national brokerage company that will provide the best representation and produce broader sales, or personally market your individual house or lot.
